I've never experienced hypnotherapy before. Will this be too technical?

Not at all. The masterclass is built for someone curious but skeptical which is the right mindset. We walk through the science in plain language, run a live demonstration, & answer questions directly. You don't need a psychology background.

I already use other healing modalities. Do I need to give them up?

No. Hypnotherapy is most powerful as an addition, not a replacement. Your existing modality becomes faster, deeper, & more impactful when you add subconscious work to it.

Is hypnotherapy safe? Will I lose control?
